Happy new year 2012!

I started training again after injury.. My leg has recovered well now.. I start update my training blog turn of the year and now is time of promises for 2012.. My goal for 2012 is to pull new world record in deadlift..

WPC Worlds..

I have had bad luck in past year.. I can not come to WPC Worlds in Latvia.. My leg was operated again in last friday.. It was a big operation, surgery lasted seven hours.. All is well now and feeling is good, but I need to rest.. I hope that everything goes well now, so next summer I'm already in good condition.. Back to the gym in december..

training in the pool..

About one week ago.. I had hard training in the pool.. running, jumping and walking.. it was too hard for my knee.. so, after that the knee was warm and swollen.. ice, rest and training only bench.. now, knee is better, so I start squat and deadlift training again soon..

coming back..

Hey!

After 2010 injury, my knee was operated three times and my ankle one time.. two weeks ago my doctor said "knee and ankle are very strong, but knee is so rigid" so, now I must train a lot about everything which help my knee.. I have trained well my upper body during last half year and I competed only bench in summer in WPC Europeans, Czech. It was fun competition for me, I bombed out.. Now, my bodyweight is about 125 kilos and I am going to come back to hardest training.. so I start update my training blog..
